FAQs

Yes, we love to host bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate events, anniversary parties, etc. Depending on the size of your event we have two facilities available. The Grand Manor holds 50 guests and the Grand Venue holds up to 300 guests seated.

You get access to the Grand Cave, Grand Manor, and Grand Venue for the whole day – 10am- midnight! Our gorgeous brown resin chairs, round tables, and rectangle farmhouse tables as well as the church pews at the ceremony site are all included and set up for you at no extra charge.  We also do the final cleaning for you.

You will be able to seat up to 300 guests inside the Grand Venue and still enjoy the dance floor.  Weather permitting, you can expand to the patio with another 40+ or more onto the courtyard. Of course, if you are looking for an outdoor reception or celebration, the courtyard is mostly open space, and simply beautiful for a tent rental.

We really only have a couple.  We require that all alcohol is to be served by a TABC licensed and insured bartender. We also require that all food must be served by an insured caterer. We have a preferred vendor list with vendors who satisfy these guidelines. The other is that all events serving alcohol, we require Security for your event which is scheduled by us.

Yes, we do! You may use almost any professional vendor you want, but since the quality of your wedding is important to us, we work to keep a list of those that we trust will go above and beyond for you.

An hour for rehearsal is included in your venue rental, and may be scheduled 30 days prior to your event pending availability, or you may schedule it for the morning of your event at any time.

To be safe, we do have the ability to flip the Grand Venue, and of course, there are options for tent a rental.

Yes! We have the Grand Manor and Grand Cave conveniently located on site for out of town guests or your wedding party. The Grand Manor can accommodate up to 10 guests and the Grand Cave can accommodate 2 guests, being the perfect honeymoon suite for the night of your wedding.

Yes, we have multiple HVAC systems to ensure that our guests are comfortable.

You can bring in your own decor, but it can only be installed in a way that will not damage our facility—no staples, tacks, tape, glue guns, or nails can be used.  Anything that requires hanging with a ladder, other than a step ladder has to be done by a professional company, such as a florist or lighting company that has a liability policy. Birdseed, rice, confetti, flower petals, glitter, and pyrotechnics are not permitted inside or outside the facilities. Sparklers will only be approved and supervised by Grandview staff.

Client is responsible for removing all personal items.

We love our furry friends but for the comfort and safety of all we request that no pets be on the premises. Of course the exception of this is ADA Service Animals.

So happy you want to book with us! All you need to do is sign our contract and pay 50% of the base rental fee.
